アカウント・データ削除

1. アプリ内から削除する

Bonanzaを起動し、「設定」→「データ初期化」を選択して、確認画面から削除を実行してください。 ランキングアカウントを作成している場合は、全ランキングの登録情報、Unity Gaming Servicesの匿名認証アカウント、 端末内のゲーム進行、ベスト記録、コレクションおよびプロフィールを削除します。

オンラインデータの削除にはインターネット接続が必要です。通信エラー等で失敗した場合は、再接続後に同じ操作を行ってください。

2. アプリを利用できない場合の削除申請

アプリを起動できない場合は、 info@t2lab.orgへメールで削除を申請してください。 メッセージに「Bonanza アカウント削除申請」と記載し、ランキングで使用している表示名と、表示名に付属する識別用の数字をお知らせください。 アカウントを特定し、申請を確認するために追加情報をお願いする場合があります。

パスワード、認証トークン、広告ID、氏名、住所などを送らないでください。 端末内だけに保存されているデータは当方から遠隔削除できないため、OSの設定からアプリデータを消去するか、アプリをアンインストールしてください。

3. 削除されるデータ

• Unity Gaming Servicesの匿名認証アカウント
• ランキングに登録されたスコア、表示名、選択アイコンおよび関連する識別情報
• アプリ内操作の場合、端末内のゲーム進行、ベスト記録、コレクションおよびプロフィール

言語や音量等の基本設定は端末内に残る場合があります。 広告事業者が処理するデータや広告同意情報は別に管理され、この操作では削除されません。 詳しくはBonanzaプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

4. 削除後について

削除したランキングアカウント、スコアおよびゲームデータは復元できません。 再びランキングへ参加する場合は、新しい匿名アカウントが作成されます。 法令、セキュリティ、不正防止等のために必要な記録や、個人を識別しない集計情報が一定期間残る場合があります。

1. Delete from within the App

Open Bonanza, go to “Settings” → “Data Reset,” and confirm deletion. If you created a ranking account, this deletes all leaderboard entries, the Unity Gaming Services anonymous authentication account, and on-device game progress, best records, collections, and profile data.

An internet connection is required to delete online data. If deletion fails because of a network or service error, reconnect and try the same operation again.

2. Request deletion when you cannot use the App

If you cannot open the App, email your deletion request to info@t2lab.org. Include “Bonanza account deletion request,” your leaderboard display name, and the numeric identifier shown with that name. We may ask for additional information needed to locate the account and verify the request.

Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, advertising IDs, your real name, or your address. We cannot remotely delete data stored only on your device; clear the App’s data in your operating-system settings or uninstall the App.

3. Data that is deleted

• The Unity Gaming Services anonymous authentication account
• Leaderboard scores, display name, selected icon, and associated identifiers
• When deletion is performed in the App, on-device game progress, best records, collections, and profile data

Basic preferences such as language and audio levels may remain on the device. Data and advertising consent handled by advertising providers are managed separately and are not deleted by this process. See the Bonanza Privacy Policy for details.

4. After deletion

Deleted ranking accounts, scores, and game data cannot be restored. If you join the leaderboard again, a new anonymous account will be created. Records required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes and non-identifying aggregated information may remain for a limited period.
